What is hajj ?
Interpretation Hajj is a combination of worship of the body and worship of money, so it is delayed from fasting, which is only worship of the body, because the compound is delayed from the singular. It is obligatory only once in a lifetime, therefore, the need for fasting will be greater than that of Hajj, and the thing that requires more is more worthy of offering, therefore, fasting should precede Hajj, and Hajj was described later. The word Hajj بِفَتْحِ الْحَاءِ and بِكَسْرِ الْحَاءِ Both are used as Fatih al-Haa الْحَجُّ اشْهُرٍ مَّعْلُومَاتٌ فَمَنْ فَرَضَ …. الآية (بقرة: ١٩٧) (Hajj is the most well-known month, so whoever obliges it…. Verse (Al-Baqarah: 197)
And like Buxar al-Haa وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَيْتِ الآية (ال عمران: ۹۷) (And by Allah it is incumbent upon the people to perform the pilgrimage to the House (Al-Imran: 97).
The literal meaning of Hajj is to intend towards something great and great, and in the term of Shariat, it is to intend to a specific house with a specific action at a specific time. It remains to be seen that when Hajj became obligatory, there are several sayings mentioned in Bajil al-Majjud about it (1), (2) 55, (3), (4) Before the Hijra, Mullah Ali Qari wrote in Sharh al-Naqaya that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed Hajj in Wah, which is remembered as the Farewell Hajj, and Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique performed Hajj in 9 AH, and Hajj was made obligatory in the same year, and on the occasion of the conquest of Makkah in 8 AH, the people Atab bin Asyad had performed Hajj after the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) had appointed him as the Amir of Mecca after the conquest of Mecca. There is great disagreement about how many Hajjs the Prophet (PBUH) performed before the Hijrah. Thus, Ibn Al-Maitr has said that before the Hijrah, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to perform Hajj every year. Al-Wada’ and Ibn Abbas say that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, performed three Hajjs before the Hijra. There are two views on whether Hajj was obligatory on the first nations or not.
Hajj was obligatory on the first nations as well. Hafiz Ibn Hajar has preferred it. The obligation of Hajj is exclusive to the Ummah Muhammadiyah, peace and blessings be upon him.
Hafiz argued and said, Ma min Nabi illa Hajj al-Bayt means no Prophet has passed away who did not perform Hajj to the House of Allah and it is also said that Hazrat Adam (peace be upon him) performed forty Hajjs on foot from India. Gabriel (peace be upon him) told Adam that seven thousand years ago the angels have been circling the house of Allah. The persuasive people of the second view have replied that the previous arguments only prove that Hajj was lawful during the time of the previous prophets and that it is not necessary to make it obligatory and fard. However, it was obligatory on the home, but it was not obligatory on their ummahs, so in that case, Hajj will be among the characteristics of the Prophets and the ummah of Muhammad (PBUH) will be among the characteristics of the Prophets. The obligation of Hajj is proven by the book of Sunnah and Ijma, however, the book of Allah Tubari says وَلِلهِ عَلَى النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَيْتِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلًا (ال عمران : ۹۷)
(And to Allah it is incumbent upon the people to perform the pilgrimage to the House for those who are able to find a way to it (Al-Imran: 97).
The word “Ali” in “Ali Naas” is for acceptance and Sunnah
(Hadith Islam is built on five Hadith
(2) Perform the Hajj, for the Hajj washes away sins as water washes the bottom.
That is to say, perform Hajj that the seed washes away sins in the same way
Water mail to Kachel.
٣ مَنْ مَّاتَ وَلَمْ يَحُجَّ فَلْيَهُ كُ إِنْ شَاءَ يَهُودِيًّا أَونَصَرَانِيًّا
3 Whoever dies without performing the hajj, may he be a Jew or a Christian, if he wishes.
If a person dies in spite of his ability, then he dies as a Jew
He died as a Christian. And the consensus is obvious that from the time of Prophethood until now, all Muslims have agreed on Hajj.
